Gardener

The The Rishajah are devoted to the land. Able to draw great strength from it, more than regular ameshas, the Rishajah's lives revolve around tending to the maintenance, protection, and evolotion of the land. It should come as no surprise that the most powerful members are called Gardeners. Gardeners are entrusted with the highest-level political decision making, and their word is law to those respectful of Rishajah authority.
to become a Gardener involves in depth training, deepening ones connection to the earth, and taking part in a confirming yet dangerous ritual to test self confidence as well as the confidence invested in the individual by the land. Should they pass the ritualistic test and become a Gardener, they can no longer be harmed by anything harvested from the earth. Whether it is wood, rock, stone or even metal, they are impervious to it. This includes most weapons, unless specifically made from something else such as tiger claws. Gardeners thus can be absolutely terrifying on a battle field. Arrows travelling at full speed will touch a gardener and fall straight down. Blades will stop without cutting through and maces will not leave the slightest bruise. Even should the Gardener be trapped under a boulder big enough to smash an elephant, it will trap the Gardener beneath its weight but will not crush them. For anyone who wishes to strike a blow against the Rishajah, it is the Gardeners they try to plan around. Their imperviousness to most things and clairvoyance through the land of surroundings simply make them too difficult an opponent for most villains. That said, it is unknown how Gardeners' imperviousness will hold up should they leave The Infinite Garden
