Adarl

Adarl is the name given to the world as a whole, a corruption of the Old Draconic word for the world, translating to "Big Rock". The world of Adarl is a land of possibilities and obstacles to overcome.   The central sea region, known as Turalashia, is long considered the center of the world. Currently ruling the vast majority of the region is The Rhutani Republic. Just to the north of the Republic lies the fractured, once-powerful, kingdom of Tunwic. Across the Great Divide, the ocean separating the two great continents, lies Tang. Tang finds itself in the midst of a war of ideas, largely divided among four great powers.   The world has seen empires rise and fall, gods born and die, kingdoms unite and separate people, demon invasions, magic create and destroy. This is a world where big things can happen and even the smallest of peoples know they can affect these changes, as they have seen it happen.
