Adanril
Adanril is worlds within worlds, a collection of exotic continents separated by the wast ocean. But first and foremost it's a fantasy world, with all the usual elements such as magic, multiple races and monsters.
Magic is dangerous, but it's still common place in certain continents and completely absent on another, but everyone knows about the existence of magic and the limitless possibilities sorcery offers to tempt the uninitiated.
Certain creatures have otherworldly power that makes some of the population to worship them as gods. As with magic most of Adanril knows about the gods but there are many individuals who ignore or oppose them.
Adanrilan civilization differs from nomadic to steam- / sorcery- punkish, almost modern, development stage.
