Personal history
Artoria was born into the noble house of Goldwing. Her parents raised her to be a proper lady but she was always different. She had a fixation with the unnatural. Her parents loved her so they often looked the other way. That was until they found her sacrificing animals for some ritual. They called a cleric from the Akkadian order to help heal Artoria. She didn't take kindly to this. After leaving Artoria alone with the cleric for about 4 hours they began to become suspicious. They went to investigate. They found Artoria eating the severed arm of the cleric as his body lay there his throat missing. They attempted to run but Artoria used her magic to pull them back. She killed both of them and fed them to her brother and sister before killing and eating them.
When the clerics came knocking to find their lost member Artoria believed she was in trouble. That was until she realised that she now had control over the vast wealth of the Goldwing family. She paid the order in order to get them to look the other way.
From that point on wards she began to hunt on the streets. Inviting the poor into her manor only to torture, kill and consume them. For a time it was enough. But at some point her desire grew further. She needed more, more power, more flesh, more pleasure. So she joined the revolution to overthrow Akkadia. She rose to the point of the kings hand. She served Raegar dutifully. Helping him as she wanted. Of course on the side she abused her power to kill and consume whores and peasants.
They had a good relationship until Raegar began to ask questions. She couldn't have that so she killed him and took complete power. She turned the entirety of paradise into her personal meat factory. Going so far as to get the other nobles and high up military generals hooked on mortal meat and child prostitutes. She was then easily able to remove the laws against child prostitution and slavery.
She raised the taxes on all peasants and lowered them on the rich. This set her power in stone. She had the gold, the army and the backing of every powerful noble in Paradise. But she still wants more. She wants to turn the entirety of paradise into her farm.
