Rosasia's Fingers

The notorious group of mercenary, assassins and spies is rumored to be based in Themistoe, led by the reclusive Rosaria, the mother of rebirth, called Rosaria’s Fingers. Various incidents across the Eastern Plateau and beyond are attributed to the group which has no known political affiliation. Rosaria is believed to have the ability to radically transform physically and mentally any person. Erasing their past, making them forget or accept deeply ingrained trauma, for a price. Many enterprising and desperate individuals come to Themistoe to join Rosaria’s Fingers or seek her transformative power. Most never find anyone able or willing to help them find a contact. Many are found dead in a back alley and some vanish completely.
