Humanoid Races

Humanoid species can be divided in four categories:

Proper Species reproduce with themselves and not outside. They include: Humans, Dwarves, Elves, Dragonborns, Kobolds and Mycoons.

Liminal species either must or can mate with members of "proper species" as part of the reproductive cycle. They include Harpies, Lamias, Nixas, Syrens.

Hybrids are not species in the biological sense but rather a class of creatures created by the irreversible fusion of an extraplanar entity and a living creature of the material plane. They include Tieflings and Treehans

Artificial species include creatures that are built or created and that cannot reproduce in the traditional sense. They include Goliaths and Sapien Constructs.
