Nardeo, Tactician of Azazel's Blackguard

Nardeo Rowanson is an intelligent human, heralded for his direct beliefs within the Ancient Fiend known as Azazel. Nardeo is often seen with the same, shrouded outfit that his soldiers and assassins are often dressed in. Donning a curved sword, built within his gauntlets, as well as a well designed crossbow, which hooks onto his hand when placed by the top of his greaves. He had begun worshipping Azazel at the shocking age of 8, but back then he only thought of him as an imaginary friend. Growing up, his talking with Azazel would be warped into a deeper bond, one of worship. Taking into the temptations was a criminal offence, according to the Adadis Courthall at the time, and so Nardeo would hide off, along Gillian’s cove. It would be here that he found the Shadow’s Trench, and also had found hundreds of suits of armour, all of which were near-identical to the ones used by his Blackguard now.

Nardeo, along with himself, is often seen with at least 2 other members of Azazel's Blackguard, each donning the same weapon. However, this weapon can be any, as long as both warriors agreed on it. Nardeo himself would also have a prepared summoning of a Displacer Beast, in case of an emergency. He's only used this against one of the members of the The Adadis Courthall , being Thaquorous. After this battle, Nardeo's retainers would bestow upon him a gift, it being the Knife of Loss. Nardeo's schemes allowed him to be bestowed a rank within the Greatwyrm Malus' ranks, as his most loyal worshipper. With access to nearly all of the areas in the Thevagon Isles, the cultist had amassed a following of evil-doers looking for a new world order. Using rituals on the innocent was Nardeo's favourite pastime, in name of both Malus and Azazel. After years of service, once the initiation of the New Age of Dragons would go underway, Nardeo had launched his plan onto Isles. 

He had gained a retainer, a powerful sorceress known as Elara. Both of them would work to manipulate the Lords of the Islands, predominantly Elara. Elara holds no limit to her valour towards Nardeo. Despite being more powerful than him, the sorceress has vowed to be in his service. Her loyalty is absolute, and she values him more than her own life. Despite both of their undying allegiance towards Malus, Malus regards of them as mere pawns. Even if they survived his ascension to rulership of Aitso, they would be killed off afterwards. They do not know this, they were both promised great riches, undying magic, and even lichdom, if they were lucky. 

Knife of Loss

Weapon (dagger), Very Rare.
This magical blade resonates black shadowed energy and the black blade looks like a looming claw. You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls with this magic weapon. Dark Energy. The hilt of the dagger has a black orb that emanates black energy. This dagger has 4 charges and regains 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn. You may use these charges to activate a number of effects listed below. 

As an action, you may spend 2 charges and wipe blood off of the knife to cast the invisibility spell on yourself. If no points of damage have been made with this weapon for 1d4 turns, it's user must use their own blood, dealing 1d6 Slashing Damage. 
As a bonus action, you can tap the knife and expend any amount of charges. The next target that you hit with the weapon within 1 minute deals additional necrotic damage equal to a number of d8's for each charge expended.
