Personal history

Jarvis was born on the 12th of may 2943 in London, England. She spent her youth living a normal middle class life. In 2959 Loraine quit school and joined the ATF Infantry Academy. After finishing her training she was assigned to the 307th infantry batallion and promoted to the rank of Lance Corporal. For the following 10 years the 307th served as part of th 15th regiment, "Skull and Crossbones" at the galaxy's edge on a mission to fight pirate activity and secure the region. During this time Jarvis rose to the rank of Lieutenant. After ten years, in 2974 the 15th regiment was redeployed to the border with The Neohuman Empire, after tensions arose. Here Jarvis was only involved in minor fighting, but earned another promotion, when she saved a group of soldiers from an imperial ambush. Her next promotion followed only shortly after, when the 307th Lieutenant Colonel was killed and Loraine was chosen to replace him. Following this promotion, the 307th scored some impressive victory against imperial forces, that did not go unnoticed by the high command and in 2979 Jarvis was chosen to undergo in depth training in order to be promoted to higher ranks in the future. After five more years of training she was reassigned to her old regiment as a Colonel. Unfortunately for her after just two years in this position she was hit by shrapnel and had to undergo extensive treatment. These wounds left Jarvis unfit for combat and so she was promoted to the rank of general in 2989 and put in command of the Unity Station garrison.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Her promotion to the rank of general in 2989 still holds the record for the youngest general promotion in ATF history. Also she is among the officers with the fewest losses and lowest casualties.

Failures & Embarrassments

Although she is perceived as a war hero by many, Jarvis sees her injuries and the following unfitnes for combat as a personal failure and her current position away from the front as boring.

Mental Trauma

General Jarvis suffers from light PTSD, which she got after witnessing cruelties comitted by the pirates she fought at the galaxy's edge

Loraine's dream is to become fit for combat once again and to return to the front in the future, although deep within she knows, that this will not happen.
