Author's Notes

Note that while a starting player may choose to play a Psi Stalker, the starting character must play a human Witch until they arrive in Rifts earth, at which point we will begin a character arc to remove the witch's pact. The character will end up as a psi-stalker as the permanent result. This is supposed to be an opportunity to have a great character arc as they realize what being a Witch realy means, not to force a player into something they don't want. If the player does not want to go through such a character arc, simply allow them to swap into a native born Psi-Stalker from Rifts earth when the party arrives there.
