Yoggun Dae - The One Reborn in Fire

Few people outside of Mykonia truly understand the nature of the Song of Ice and Fire. That it is not just an ordinary pantheon of deities but a song in the truest of words. A duet of forces, swelling and falling in a dance of words and acts. Nowhere does this ring more true than in the tale and fate of Yoggun Dae.

Unfulfilled

Few still remember the name Yoggun Dae once went by. And those who do dare not speak of her, the treason she comitted too heavy to recall. In ancient days, she was a follower of the Court of Ice, a lesser spirit of the kind usually known as Agents. Cold and ice where all she knew, warmth, fire or even light not reflected a thousand times in icy crystall foreign to her. And like most agents, it did not bother her.
Until one day, the flame of desire awoke within her. A spark at first, it grew by the day, making her see the world in an increasingly dire light. Fire became something to be yearned for, not abhorred. Increasingly consumed by visions of flame and warmth, she began to neglect her duties for the Court, spending hours and even days near the border with the Court of Fire, starring into the distant lights of tempting possibility.
When the Court of Ice finally noticed her behaiviour and her Patron, Dae Yon - The Watcher on the Wall, confronted her. She was given a choice, to forget her notions or be punished. But so great was her obsession with flame by then that she could not repent and fled. Hunted by Dae Yon, she was chased deep into the borderlands. There, at the end of her wits, she was saved by Taeyang Dou, a patron spirit of the Court of Fire.
The price? Her total submission to Taeyang Dou and his masters. Transformed she arose as a terrible monstrosity of fire and reddish flesh. A giant with insect-like claws and teeth the size of towers. A spirit bound to desire, she is said to appear whenever desire and envy grow too strong within the hearts of mankind.

The Song is a rather simple mythology all things considered. Just imagine a battle between to kingdoms with traitors and loyalists all around.

Ashwalker

Arguably the best known of the Song's spirits, Taeyang Dou is a monster even be the cruel standards of the Court of Fire. A deformed shape, it is the Patron of total war, conflict so vile it leaves only ash behind.
