Lightning Challenge #38
Ray Bradbury Challenge
The best hygiene for beginning writers or intermediate writers is to write a hell of a lot of short stories. If you can write one short story a week, it doesn't matter what the quality is at the start, but at least you're practicing. And at the end of the year, you have fifty-two short stories and I defy you to write fifty-two bad ones.In honor of Ray Bradbury, write a short-short story about an event that affects a small community in your world. The scope should be a village, a small space ship, a neighborhood in a big city, or something of similar scale. The event should take place in a matter of minutes to days.
