Central
Central, offically known as Level 1, is what used to be the metropolis of D'jathla, before the dome and Vault of Heaven was built, and it is very reminiscent of the cities of old. It is the ground level and houses multiple heavily guarded gates into the Shadowmark.
With ready access to the Shadowmark, many production industries have facilities here in addition to on Level 0 and while most of the wealthy people have long since left this level for fancier living spaces enough people still live here to make overcrowding an issue.
