Personal history
At an unspecified time, Rastrimez entered a contract with Berí Talpur. The contract guaranteed her physical safety and her position as ruler of the country of Khuikana, in exchange for the souls of her children.
As a result of this contract, Rastrimez owns the souls of Meyloni and Lemony.
Rastrimez entered a secondary contract with Meyloni, agreeing to free her from the terms of the first should she either get Berí to trade the sanctity of her soul for Meyloni's, or kill Berí with her own hands.

Mannerisms
Being a devil, Rastrimez seems to delight in the suffering of others. He is not easily ruffled, giving off a friendly disposition, though he is willing to level idle threats or insulting commentary. He is upfront about his intentions rather than sugar-coating the deal, citing personal satisfaction in getting Meyloni to potentially murder and damn her own mother.
