Berí
Lady Berí Talpur
The mother of Meyloni and Lemony. She signed their souls over to the devil Rastrimez and then sent them away as infants.
More than twenty years later, Meyloni returned to fulfill a new deal with Rastrimez, killing Berí in order to end the curse on her hands and regain ownership of her own soul.

Personal history
Lady Berí was her parents' second child. Her elder brother became the designated heir at birth, a fate which she longed for. Berí spent her years painting her tongue silver, becoming a formidable presence in any court. Despite her best efforts, Berí was still placed in an arranged marriage with Lord Reza Buhkari.
In a last-ditch effort to regain control over her life, Berí summoned the devil named Azrack. The two of them entered a romantic relationship, disregarding Berí's husband. However, Berí was still expected to produce an heir, and became pregnant with twins. The conversation about whether or not Azrack could be apart of the twins' lives lead to an argument and his abrupt departure.
Shortly after, a rebellion began. The castle was stormed, and the Buhkari family was slaughtered. Berí pleaded for Azrack to come help her, and was met with an offer of a deal. She was outraged, but accepted the deal and had her life spared.
Berí would then flee the country and bear her children on hallowed ground. Seeing their fiendish traits, she had the children taken away from her and sent far away. She has since dwelled on a secluded property on hallowed ground, too afraid to ever set foot beyond the gates.
