In this world, everything has pretty much gone to shit. After Donald Trump became president, all future candidates only got much, much worse. It was surprising that what happened didn't come sooner; after a hundred years of increasingly right-wing governing over the world, someone finally had the chance to take every single politician in the world out. Nobody knows how they did it, but with no government, there would be no law and order. The world has become a free-for-all land with no rules. Many people have created their own little societies, but when anyone can get away with anything, general life has become a chaotic case of post apocalyptic survival.   Some time before this happened, science jumped way ahead. Robotics became a common choice for most prosthetics, being used to extend the lives of many people who otherwise would've perished. As a result, a small community of cyborgs has been growing. Many of these cyborgs were people on the brink of death during the 1980s, who volunteered to be cryogenically frozen in the hope of being revived some time in the future.   As the state of the world began turning to its worst, human evolution seemed to launch forward dramatically. About 10% of the human population gave birth to "mutated" children, known as hybrids. These hybrids appeared to have animal characteristics. It is thought that the cause of this was a top-secret science experiment that made its way into public, infecting pregnant mothers. How it reached the entire world, however, nobody has been able to figure out. Hybrids are often treated as outsiders.   As well as regular science, some claim to have discovered the benefits of alchemy. There have been several attempts to revive lost loved ones, which was met the closest with the "cyborg" advancement. However, some people have found an alternative. However, the use of alchemy appears to have some darker consequences.
