6031 - Lynx's brooch

An object from Jiehgied's ruins requires wardens or stonelords for its retrieval.   Assignment details:
Bo Fjalla saw a lynx cub playing with a reflective, metal object near its den. It then yowled and run back to its den. Bo suspected the object to be from the ruins, so he waited to see if the cub would come out again, or place the object away from the den. Bo did see the cub a bit later, far away from the object, licking its paw. The object is still in the lynx's den entrance, however, and requires retrieval by someone capable of handling a mother lynx protective of her cubs.
Significance
The object that will be known as 6031 - Lynx's brooch was a common piece of jewellery worn around the 4.050s.

Use
The brooch was commonly used to fasten smaller pieces of cloth to a dwarves' attire. For example, fastening a scarf to one's tunic.

Engraving
The four men may be interpreted as protective figures. However, their resemblance and similar age betray them as brothers. Three more brooches can be found with the exact same pattern.

Oracular interpretations

As all objects from Jiehgied's ruins, they will be investigated by a cleric or oracle from Jiehgied to ascertain the will of the ancestors in bringing them the piece.   Bo and the warden that retrieves the piece will be present, for possible questioning by the diviner, as well as to ascertain their role, if any, in the object's prediction.

Divinatory fates from 6031 - Lynx's brooch

Roll the Dice
1Blood of the innocents will be spilt. How much of it will depend on how well you can listen to the city's mood.
2Whether the water or the blood win will depend on your shoulders, stonelord. Your own blood and Bo's here have already been compromised.
3An old brooch can injure an innocent cub. Similarly, a toothless shark can injure a hopeful city.
4You are focusing on entirely the wrong things, stonelord. Trinkets and baubles instead of cutthroats and sharks. Follow your instincts and your blood.
5I see that the city will need to be swift like a lynx if it is to be spared its fated new regime.
6Those who live in the depths have been wrong. Like this brooch they resurface to reclaim what's theirs. Water and blood will flow.
