Bahr Gualir
 
Bahr comes from a very proud and noble family of dragonborn. Shortly after his egg was laid, someone with a grudge against the Gaulir family placed a curse upon his egg with the intention of bringing dishonor and shame upon the clan. As a result, he was thus named Bahr (Accursed). The curse resulted in Bahr being "different" from other hatchlings. He was not as bright as others and acted peculiar for a dragonborn. At a young age, Bahr took a liking to music. This dismayed his parents, for dragonborn did not sing or create music; they were master crafters, warriors, and members of the upper echelon of society.
 
Bahr’s parents tried their best to get him to conform to their idea of a perfect son but could never get the notion out of their son’s head that he would make a great bard. As a result, when Bahr reached adulthood at the ripe age of 15, they sent him out into the world to pursue his dreams of becoming a bard. Bahr assumed his family encouraged him so greatly to set off on his own due to his great talents, but this was not the case. Bahr’s family hoped to restore their clan’s pride and hoped this black sheep would disappear into obscurity, forgotten by the rest of the clans.
 
And so a young, naive Bahr set off into the world.
