December 15th Session Summary

Picked up where just defeated the hob-goblin raiders. Not only did the goblin who bargained for baby life get away, so did another goblin. The captured spell caster confirmed the leader of the group was hiding/watching. Party did a quick gather of anything valuable and put family on horses and headed south west to get to closed civilized lands before any raiders caught up to us. Had to avoid assassin vine but otherwise mostly safe quick trip. Only issue is somehow stuff was being messed with, swords in opposite scabbards, leftover food missing for breakfast but not yet linked as suspicious. Putz checked back trail and saw no signs of pursuit. Felt safe to head to families farm so they can pack and move out. Gave us all a chance to rest overnight. Interrogated the hobgoblin captive, he was very defiant until Luthor dislocated his pinky finger and said next time it will be broken. He gave in and answered questions with some truth. His clan leader is ordering multiple raids to get favor with black dragon.
In town, turnover captive to constable. They will interrogate further before likely executing him. Minus Kursk, who Putz tasked with prepping for hobgoblin execution, group accepted invite to Baron Welton's manor for dinner with his wife and 3 kids(Rose Moon-16 or so, Kellen around 14-15, Stark 10 or 11. Stark was most engaging, obvious well versed and literate. All the others assisting him. Imlazor during a smoke, creates triangle and square smoke "rings", Rose Moon does the same but not smoking. Caused Imlazor to question her as he is in elf disguise, so "moved" he outs himself to her. Kellen chats about soldier stuff. Group afterwards thinks Baron is setting up Stark to be heir with Rose Moon as ambassador type. And they got more from us than we wanted to let out. Also, that they want something from us.
Kursk after practicing with axe, sees a pure female orc, convince her to "breed" with Kursk to bear strong sons.
