Space Trucker George Salter was riding the space ways carrying a load of “unsanctioned” medical devices to the planet Nibiru 6 when he was contacted by Seado Cardashian a second rate criminal who owed him a favor for looking the other way back in his former capacity as a space patrol detective. Seado had come into a case of “Utopia” that had “been left behind by another trucker” and would never be missed (or that poor OTHER guy would be blamed which was basically the same thing) It would only be a short way off his route, and hey This will help someone out there who needed it at a much better price than the fat cat on the core worlds would ever let it go for…
George Salter was closing in on that shipment of that case of Utopia and the hell of a pay day that was going to come with it. He landed his ship and was making his way over to the rendezvous point not a worry in his mind. He slipped into the old warehouse and grabbed the box and began to make it back to his ship. It was about that time that gunfire erupted from down the street quickly closing in on his position. George began to run and soon saw a roguishly handsome fella running from a group of what looks like it might be bounty hunters or hired guns. The fella quickly caught up to George running in the same direction and when George turned towards his ship the man stopped and gave a grin before running over. “ Let me help you load that… “ and he helped George get the crate onto the ship. “ Shew yeah man glad I was there to help… think you could give me a ride off this berg? The name’s Dash. Nice to meet you. “
The pissed off group of mercenaries were chasing Dash towards an out of the way landing pad where a fairly dilapidated looking ship sat. I waited for them to cross past me before stepping out into the street and opening fire from behind, catching them all by surprise. A few quick bursts of gunfire and some strategic application of blades to bodies and the chase was over. I trotted over to Dash and his new friend as they quickly carried a heavy looking box towards the ship. I quickly realized they were not making a lot of speed with the heavy box so I grabbed it up and said, “ I stopped the mercs but more are coming so it would be best if we leave as quickly as possible. I then trotted up the ramp into the cargo hold and set the box down looking back at Dash and the other person expectantly. - Jason
