Faced agaisnt the water prophets forces. 
Jekkar was able to collect 9 souls for his sword, & an aboleth.  He also impressed three of Gar Shatterkeel's forces who swore allegience to Jekkar, getting onto their knees & repeating that they weren't worthy. 

    They seem to be new worshippers to Jekkar, a new god of death.
