From: CAO Chun
Subject: Extradition Procedure
Ms. Duon, I have spoken with your Toyota-Huawei legal counsel and will be acting as your liaison for the process as we move forward. We are filing necessary paperwork with Temasek.SG, and we expect to have you transferred to the Public Security Bureau in Johor-Bahru Corporate Jurisdiction by January 1, 2049.   Allegations about your involvement with organized crime in the SEA region is taken most seriously. Moreover, the loss of corporate materiel from the Woodlands #23 Bus Service Center has adversely affected the positive outcomes of ongoing projects. Corporate management seeks from you full and immediate compliance with the forthcoming instructions for mitigating the fallout from the Woodlands #23 incident.   Also, find attached a communications package from your family in Xi'an.   Attachment: ting-ting.jpg

As you understand, we no longer have the resources to complete both Operation WHITE WHALE and Operation TOWER FALL. As such, TOWER FALL has been retasked to local radicals and act as our diversion. TOWER FALL materiels must be transferred to the WHITE WHALE team. Our embedded agent Ahab was tasked with this transfer and has secured the materiels from TOWER FALL handlers, but has since gone to ground. He may have encountered resistance from TOWER FALL handlers. You need to locate Ahab and complete this transfer of goods before 0001 December 31 by any means necessary. Find attached coordinates for the transfer and point of contact for TOWER FALL operative Stubb.

Organized Crime Suspected in AMK Gunfight

Published December 30, 2048   Earlier today, a Certis tactical team responded to an extended firefight taking place in a tim sum restaurant in Ang Mo Kio. By the time police officials arrived, the scene had already played out, leaving five dead, including all four suspected gunmen. Sources reveal that the fifth deceased was a professional bodyguard, but this could not be corroborated through security footage due to suspected tampering. Certis has detained 3 persons of interest and are seeking additional individuals who may have been involved.   While the area has been cordoned off in preparation for forensic experts, the damage from the gunfire is extensive and is visible from the ground floor. Both interior and exterior windows of the establishment could be seen to have been smashed during the altercation.   According to eye witness accounts, the fire evacuation alarm sounded shortly before the commotion. At least two interviewed witnesses identified the gunmen as being "East Asians" who arrived on the scene disguised as firefighters. Publicly available records show a table booked under the name "Y. Z. Duon"; This matches Ms. Duon Yahzu, the former manager of the Bus Service Center raided by SATS last month, and is suspected of having ties to organized crime. However, Certis confirms that Ms. Duon was under house arrest at the time, pending extradition to Toyota-Huawei Public Security Bureau.   This event follows a string of violent incidents involving organized crime from East Asia. Netizens have quickly voiced their concerns for improving security infrastructure around the island.   Elisa Mok (Ms.)

To: THIAH, Mariah
From: ISD#00529
Subject: Re: Re: Proposal Evaluation
Ms. Thiah, the Internal Security Department has reviewed and noted your objections. Once again, we appreciate your candid input and thorough analysis. However, we have deemed your proposal to be too risky to implement at this time.   We concur the completion of Tian Dao will elevate Boeing to a dominant economic position in the SEA region. Your opinion that this dominance may challenge our economic autonomy is noted. And we agree that Boeing's reputation and financial stability may be irreparably damaged should the Tian Dao protect suffer significant setback. However, we find the potential of exposure of our operatives to be a much more real and relevant danger in present circumstances. Moreover, we have ongoing plans to forge a strong partnership between Temasek.SG and Confederate Boeing, which will greatly mitigate aforementioned economic risk factors.   In closing, we acknowledge the potential of your proposal. However, the ISD cannot be seen lending any material or intelligence to support this proposal. This decision is final.   Intelligence Officer #00529
