Prologue Report

General Summary

In the early afternoon, Emerald City is rocked by an event that would come to be known as 'the Silver Storm'. A truck explosion seemed to release a massive cloud of silver particals and vapor that washed over the area, arcs of similarly silver lightning striking as well. As the Storm spread and dissipated, some locals showed clears signs they had been... changed.   Some had changed physically, their bodies altered in amazing-or terrifying- ways. Others found themselves granted fantastic powers, dominance over the elements, channeling energy beyond their comprehension.   A group of these... these Stormers... lashed out near the epicenter of the Silver Storm. But the incident had drawn the attention of a cadre of local heroes, who banded together to stop the initial rampage.

After the battle, the heroes spoke with Master Patrolman Brown,who thanked them for their swift handling of the situation.   As reporters and news crew arrived on-scene, the heroes proactively spoke to the press, stating their intention to work together as a super team, and giving themselves the name 'Sentinels'.
