Westward Tracks

The Westward Tracks is a West Marches style campaign set in my homebrew campaign setting: The world of Rockfall. If you have access to our discord, congratulations! You are invited to join the Westward Tracks. All you need to do to play is message me, the DM, Skyy to create characters or schedule a session. Feel free to browse around my world anvil pages for info about the setting. It's far from done, but I've moved a fair amount of my dm notes to this site, and you should be able to get an idea of what the game is like, and if you think it sounds cool.
