General Summary

The Pit Patrol Adventuring Company encounters both unsettling nightmares and a thrilling battle against aberrant invaders. T-R01d, formerly known as Sahl Uzan, once again found himself tormented by visions of the Can Opener and Tambanokano, grappling with the dark spirit that still haunted him. However, this time, the Patrol was better prepared to handle the situation.

The Can Opener and the Variant

Taking precautions after the previous incidents, the Patrol moved their rooms away from Sahl's and placed an alarm spell on his door. In the midst of his transformation into the Can Opener, the web wards successfully trapped him, preventing him from harming his friends. To everyone's surprise, a version of T-R01d from another dimension appeared alongside the Patrol.

This alternate T-R01d warned of a dark reality where Infernal Forces dominated, Celestial Gluttons had risen, and Tambanokano had devoured the sun and stars. He cautioned that Sahl Uzan's choices could lead to a similar fate in their own world. Faced with this dire warning, Zernon, the leonin, made a courageous decision and struck down Sahl, destroying the illrigger version and freeing T-R01d from the Can Opener's influence.

Invasion in the Comfy Kitchen

In celebration of T-R01d's return, the Patrol gathered at Lola's Comfy Kitchen for a night of food, drinks, and karaoke. However, their merriment was cut short when they discovered that the kitchen had been invaded by aberrant monsters and grimlocks, all under the command of a mind flayer.

Rallying together, the Patrol faced the invaders head-on, with Zernon and Lucius providing crucial protection through their holy wards. Though the mind flayer unleashed powerful psychic attacks, the team fought bravely and emerged victorious, slaying the flayer and its followers.

Lola Carly is especially proud of Zernon, telling him that he has split reality with his holy blade and has brought about a more hopeful future than the one she saw before.

This was a turning point for T-R01d as he managed to break free from the clutches of the Can Opener, thanks to the unwavering support and intervention of his friends. The encounter with the alternate T-R01d served as a stark reminder of the potential consequences of their actions in the Kirinal Concordance Zone. Meanwhile, the successful defense of Lola's Comfy Kitchen showcased the Patrol's readiness to face any threat to the safety of the Zone's inhabitants. As they continue to navigate the complexities of their adventures, the Pit Patrol remains united, stronger than ever, and steadfast in their commitment to safeguarding their world from darkness and danger.
