VTT D&D import DDB D&D-Beyond D&DBeyond character
What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
In order to use the features of the campaign manager it is necessary to manually enter a huge amount of data for each character. Since D&D Beyond is used by huge numbers of players as their digital character manager, it would save a lot of time for them if their characters on that site could simply be imported.
How does this feature request address the current situation?
This feature would create a direct importer to link player's character sheets from one system to another.
What are other uses for this feature request?
By integrating player content from a site that is already extremely popular, it could theoretically also be a step toward implementing a full VTT into World Anvil, which is another feature that seems to be growing in popularity as a concept, judging from the feature request voting here.

Response as it was given to the previous request
Sadly this is not something I can do anything about.
In 2019 DnD Beyond said that a public API was part of their upcoming roadmap but since then there was no further update.
6 months ago, we have reached to DnDBeyond and got no answer regarding this issue .
Looking on discussions online on their forums and helpdesk it seems like if there is a plan is kept a secret.
In light of this, I am closing this, not because I do not want it but because there is no way for me to do anything about it.
