Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) slashing damage. Sand Attack. One creature within 5 feet of the Excavaraptor must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw or be blinded until the end of its next turn. Whether or not the target succeeds, it cannot make opportunity attacks until the end of its next turn.
