Horde Commander. While a commander is within 60 feet of its horde, it can
take 1 legendary action choosing from the options below, at
the end of another creature's turn. The commander regains
the spent legendary action at the start of its turn.
Pinning Attack. A creature hit with by an attack of opportunity by the horde has their movement reduced to zero until the end of their turn.
Multiattack. This creature makes 2 Yari Attacks.
Yari. Melee weapon attack, 10ft, one creature. To hit: 1d20+9 , damage: 2d10+5
Reaching Strike. When a creature enters within melee range of the horde, the horde can make an attack of opportunity on the creature.
Attack. The commander and the horde both make a
single melee or ranged attack.
Charge. The commander and the horde both move
up to their speed.
Rally. The horde gains temporary hit points equal to
the commander's Challenge Rating plus the
commander's Charisma modifier (minimum of one).
