Regeneration. The companion regains 2d10 + 4 HP at the start of each of its turns, provided it still has at least 1 HP, there is a dead creature within 15ft of it, and it hasn't taken fire damage since its last turn. Siege Monster. The companion deals double damage to objects and structures. Festering Aura. Any creature, other than you, that starts its turn within 5ft of the companion must succeed on a constitution saving throw against your spell save DC or be poisoned until the start of its next turn.
Multiattack. The companion makes 3 melee attacks or 2 ranged attacks. Slam. Melee weapon attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, reach 10ft, one target the companion can see. Hit: 1d12 + PB bludgeoning and 4 necrotic damage. Claw/Bite. Melee weapon attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, reach 10ft, one target the companion can see. Hit: 1d10 + PB slashing damage, and the target must pass a strength saving throw against your spell save DC or become grappled. A creature grappled in this way takes 1d4 + 4 necrotic damage at the start of each of its turns. The companion may only grapple two creatures in this way, and may not use its Claw/Bite attack while it has two creatures grappled. Needle. Ranged weapon attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, range 120ft, one creature the companion can see. Hit: 1d10 + PB piercing damage. Hurl Stone. Ranged weapon attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, range 30ft, one target the creature can see, ammunition. Hit: 3d6 + PB bludgeoning damage, and if the target is a creature, it must pass a strength saving throw against your spell save DC or be knocked prone.
