Shriek [Recharge 4/6]. The unworthy lets out a high-pitched shriek. All creatures within 120ft. of The Unworthy must succeed on a DC 15 intelligence saving throw or take 3d6 psychic damage. Club. Melee weapon attack: +8 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit 14 (2d8+5) bludgeoning damage. Rock. Ranged weapon attack: +8 to hit, range 15/30., one target. Hit 12 (2d6+5) bludgeoning damage. Multiattack [Unbound]. The Unworthy makes two tentacle attacks against different targets if possible. Tentacle [Unbound]. Melee weapon attack: +8 to hit, reach 30ft., one target. Hit 9 (1d6+5) bludgeoning damage. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or become grappled (escape DC 15). The Unworthy can grapple two creatures this way and loses an attack for each enemy grappled. Slam [Unbound]. The Unworthy slams all grappled enemies into the ground dealing 13 (3d6) bludgeoning damage.
