Perfection (Ancient Katana)

Weapon

Very Rare Necromancy and Transmutation Requires Attunement

Perfection is an ancient Katana, embued with magic. Once attuned to the Katana, you will hear the voice of the original Owner of this sword. Raion is the original owner, and demands perfection. He believes he is teaching his techniques to the wielder of the sword.
In battle, when you are attuned to the sword and have it on you, and miss an attack regardless of the weapon, you will recieve a -1 to your next attack roll, as his voice rings in your head with corrections. This can build up to a -3 on the sword.
If make an attack, you get a +1, that when using other weapons can refill the attack bonus to 0, and when using the Katana will give up to a +3.
The Weapon resets its bonuses at dawn unless it is in active use at that time, which it will reset at the end of that combat. The weapon will reset to +1 if it was at a +3, otherwise it will start at 0.
You are attuned to this weapon by touching it when it is not attuned to anyone else. You can only unattune to this weapon by refusing to use it for 1 week. You must pass a DC20 Wisdom check to abandon this weapon or give it away. You will also need to pass a DC15 Wisdom check to not take the weapon back if the opportunity presents itself for the rest of your life.
