On coming in contact with this stone for the first time, willingly or unwillingly, make a Wisdom saving throw of DC 5. On a failed save, you gain a random effect from the Short-Term Madness table in the Dungeon Master's Guide.   After each subsequent long rest while holding the stone, make an additional Wisdom saving throw, requiring anything but a natural 1 to pass. On a failed save, you gain a random effect from the Long-Term Madness table in the Dungeon Master's Guide.   After not having contact with the stone for at least a day since your last saving throw, you are required to make another Wisdom save to prevent short-term madness upon coming in contact with the stone again.

A glowing, blood-red stone that seems to slightly morph at an inconsistent rate. This stone is made up of the material of the Faerii Place, fiery, chaotic dimension.
