Crafted by Setsra after he learned he would need something more than what he brought for his adventuring. The more investment you have, the more payoff you will recieve. Each time you hit an attack with this weapon, you earn a profisciency notch on the handle. At 20 notches, the notches go away and you find yourself able to do more and more with it. For every 20 notches consumed, you earn a plus 1 to skill checks and certain saving throws that you can convince the DM that you could make with it. This does not make the whip silent. Maximum 5 bonus points.
Gives a +1 to attack rolls and saving throws made with this weapon.
