The blade of this rapier resembles branching lightning and is carved out of fulgurite glass; despite its fragile appearance, it is very durable. When wielded against opponents, bolts of electricity jump from the blade to strike them down.

Strike Twice: This weapon has 3 charges. After you make an attack, you can use your Bonus Action to expend one charge to make another attack against the same target. All charges are restored after a long rest. During thunderstorms, this property is always active, expending no charges.
