as an action, you may use this quill to inscribe a magical glyph upon a writeable surface. Doing so expends a spell slot of your choice. The glyph vanishes at the next dawn. A spellcaster may expend this glyph to cast a spell that they know, doing so does not expend a spell slot. The spell level must match the spell slot expended when you created the glyph. When you cast a spell in this way, the casting time becomes 1 bonus action. Once you have used the quill in this way, you may not use it again until the next dawn.
