The ring upon activation will reduce the size of its wearer and anything currently being worn to no more or less than six inches in height for a total of thirty minutes, or until the wearer decides to end the spell. During its use all strength rolls are done with a disadvantage with a -1 strength penalty. Alternatively all stealth rolls are made with advantage, and perception rolls made against the wearer during the effect will roll with disadvantage. The effect of Kusa's Ring of Extreme Reduction can be used twice before needing a recharge in water during a long rest.
