BLOODIED: The dragon gets access to new abilities when it drops below 30% hp and all its melee attacks deal an extra 2d6 lightning damage. It also loses its vulnerability to lightning damage.   Communication Hub: The dragon can allow telepathic communication between all scourge infected creatures within 5 miles of it.   Thermal Venting: When Bloodied the dragons begins emitting intense heat as its reactor begins to overload. Its starts glowing red hot and any creature that moves within 5 ft of will take 2d10 fire damage.

Actions

Multiattack. The dragon can use its Frightful Presence. It then makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.   Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d10 + 8) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) fire damage. Creatures hit by this attack must make a CON Save (DC 22) or become scourge infected.   Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d6 + 8) slashing damage.   Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d8 + 8) bludgeoning damage.   Frightful Presence. Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.   Scourge Breath (Recharge 5–6). The dragon exhales scourge nanites in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, taking 43 (12d6) piercing damage on a failed save and becoming scourge infected, or half as much damage on a successful one.   Machine Gun Turrets: Ranged Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, range 120ft, 1-2 targets. Hit: 28 (4d8 +10) piercing damage. (Half as much damage if 2 targets are selected.)     WHEN BLOODIED:   Rocket Barrage. (Recharge 5-6) The dragon fires 12 rockets from the launchers mounted on its back. The rockets land in locations of the dragons choice within 300ft and explode at the start of its next turn. Each rocket explodes in a radius of 20ft and deals 5d6 fire damage and 5d6 bludgeoning damage.   Plasma Beam. (Recharge 6) (Replaces Scourge Breath) The dragon unleashes a large beam of burning plasma in a 5ft wide, 200ft long beam. Each creature within the area must make a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw, taking 80 (22d6) fire damage and 2 mega damage on a failed save, or 0 mega damage and half as much fire damage on a successful save.

Legendary Actions

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.   The dragon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.   Machine Gun Turrets (Costs 3 Actions). The dragon makes a machine gun turrets attack and can then move up to half its movement speed.   Tail Attack. The dragon makes a tail attack.   Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). The dragon beats its wings. Each creature within 10 feet of the dragon must succeed on a DC 22 Dexterity saving throw or take 15 (2d6 + 8) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. The dragon can then fly up to half its flying speed.

A dragon that has been totally overcome by the scourge swarm. Covered in writhing metallic plates, its form is constantly shifting.
