Flurry

Ah, the never-ending attraction of snow to the innocent eye... This spell hasn't use in battle, but it sure is good for making snowballs. Parents with a little tempest sage on their hands are often relieved when they learn this spell, as it also provides nearly endless distraction for young minds.

Effect

The caster summons a mini cloud to hang over a designated area - close to the ground - and release snow. It's good for keeping cool on a blazing day or for creating fresh powder for better weapons to launch at one's siblings.

Side/Secondary Effects

You may be tempted to eat the snow. Fine. But catch it in a cup and put some sugar over it; don't be boring. And this isn't a good source of water.
