This 58 x 24in black and gold finished prism is actually a demiplane. When you look into the prism, you take control of your reflection in the mirrored world. In the mirrored world, you can place an object in the prism world which will then appear in the mirror. The prism can hold as many as many items as you can fit in the current reflection. If you enter the mirror world in a different area then the previous time, the contents of the prism world carry over to the new one. If the contents in the mirror world cause the mirror world to overflow, the mirror world is destroyed leaving all of the contents trapped in the mirror world. If the prism is destroyed from the outside, the shards of the prism can be repaired to reforge the mirror, but it must be done within two days. 
However, these prisms can sometimes lead to great misfortune. Some of these prisms are sentient and could lead to the owner being trapped in the mirror world while the reflection roams free. Only one known prism has said to have this sentience but others could exist in the world. If a sentient prism is found the owner has not been trapped, it is best to either leave it be or destroy it.

Significance

This item was created during the Age of Mysticism and still exists today. Only a few prisms of storage still remain in this world and if found would fetch a hefty price. These prisms were often used by high ranking members of the church during the Age of Mysticism. They kept a lot of works within the mirror world to keep them safe from intruders and the prying eyes of other priests.
