ice elves

the ice elves live past the north mountains and in the frozen wastes. the ice elves have been unknown for many years until a group of adventurers lead by Abarat found them over the. north mountains. the ice elves are nomadic people that travel around the south edge of the frozen wastes. the ice elves have set up a small town called camp glacier so that the elven empires can contact them. the elven empires have recently decided to add the ice elves as one of the elven empires and have marked the small town camp glacier there empires capital. the ice elves are working on building a better and a more easily accessible capital that is being built next to the mountains dividing the elven empire and the ice elves. ice elves have three major tribes that roam the frozen wastes they meet with each other regularly they split into three tribes if they were attacked they would not be wiped out. the three tribes are named chilling mages, the frozen guardians, and the frosty warriors. the chilling mages teach the arts of magic and teach their practices of magic, the frozen guardians are protectors and great archers and hunters, the frosty warriors are incredible fighters and teach their way of fighting. children go to the tribe that will teach them to improve their skills when the reach 95 years old. they still meet there family during there meetings. the tribes teach on the move and while walking. during there younger years they participate in each tribe to find what they are good at. when they become 95 they then go through a small introduction ceremony that is different for each tribe. when they reach 135 they have a ceremony to join one of the three tribes that is usually a test.
