Blue Sands of Ries

This material consists of tiny blue minerals that when ingested into an organic body will cause strong hallucinations.
However recent studies have found that when used on people with powerful physic power that it can amplify their ability. Refinement

Found in large rocks, the rocks are harvested and sanded down to create the sand. It's very easy to break apart, but it has to be a certain grain size to induce the effects.
