Dragon Rider flying suit
"Smocza zbroja"
Design
The design of any flying suit is unique, but they always have some similarities. They are one-pieces, often with a zip on the chest, and with a lot of pockets. They may have built-in wings or a parachute, in case of some fall from the sky. They must protect from cold, and be fireproof. For protection from fire, they are covered or in dragon scales (You know, dragons like to sheet!) or in a special paint, also made from powdered dragon scales. The suit is often similar to the dragon, like it has the same colour ( If the paint is made from your dragon scales), on the helmet are paintings of the fangs, etc. For safety reasons, in the suit is incorporated a belt, with clip hooks to hook yourself to the saddle.Who wears it?
This type of overall is the usual pic for any Dragon Rider who is going to fly. All new adepts are given one of it, but when it's too small, or broken, they must buy a new one.History
A first concept of what we can call a "flying suit" is a heavy jacket, with a harness, but a "modern" flying suit was invented not more than 200 years before the Second War. In other worlds where dragons are domesticated, also was born the concept of something to wear while flying.Remove these ads. Join the Worldbuilders Guild
Pretty nice looking armor! Good use of heroforge images. I like dragon scales can be used in a special way by pulverizing them into a paint. I did notice some spelling errors here and there but that is quickly solved by a reread :) Nice article!
Sorry for the spelling errors, English is not my native language, but I will check them on a special page. Thanks for the comment, I'm very glad that you like my concept.
No need to apologise :) Everyone's articles have spelling error at the start even the native English speakers :)
Better? I checked.
Still a few but if you want I can point them out? For example at the start there is 'unic' which should be 'unique'. Another you used 'flaying' instead of 'flying'. And at the end there is 'icorporated' which should be 'incorporated'. I hope that helps ? :)
Thanks.
