Phantom is the owner of the Diamond Club, an electro club in the 5th Arrondissement of Paris. Phantom is the biggest intermediary in the 5th arrondissement, they connects mercenaries with gangs or with individuals to do specific tasks.

History

Phantom was born in the Middle East and was "rescued" by Militec, a paramilitary group, around the age of 4. Their name, first name, nationality and date of birth are unknown and have been censored in all official Militec documents.
Phantom became an elite Militec soldier who fought on every war front between the 2050s and 2080s. All operations conducted by their team are unclassified and confidential. They also carried out operations with Militec against civilians, notably during the great demonstrations of 2081 in Eastern Europe and Africa.
In 2085, they retired and bought the Diamond Club, an electro club in the 5th district. They turns it into a haven for mercenaries and electro fans of the 2020s.
