Virtuon Particle

It’s hard to pin down a virtuon particle, which is sometimes there and sometimes not. Normally found locked in stronglass prisms, virtuon particles provide a wide range of useful, though difficult to articulate, properties of cyphers, artifacts, vehicles, installations, or true automatons.
