While the guards know of the existence of Theomar’s Terrific Town, there is really nothing they can do about it as the servants are not technically living, but are just magical creations.

Construction

Theomar’s Terrific Town is created by Theomar, a retired wizard who had found his retirement life to plain, deciding to spice it up and using his spells to serve others. Every day he wants to be in business Theomar casts his extradimensional space and shapes it as a small town people can walk around in. Theomar's Town stays open for a duration of maximum 24 hours in one session. Once Theomar wants to close shop the night sky will slowly go from midnight to dawn and once the sun has risen the Town will dissapear.
Since it is a magical town, Theomar can set up shop in every quiet corner. This makes that no one knows where and when Theomar's Terrific Town will appear and for how long, giving Theomar complete freedom to travel around and work as he pleases.

Architecture

From the outside it looks very unassuming, first there is an faintly shimmering open door that leads to a small entrance hall with a closed door on the end. Above the faint door there is a clear sign welcoming any guests into Theomar’s Terrific Town. The small entrance hall is fairly plain with dark wooden walls without any windows. On the similarly coloured wooden door is a notice with the name and a small explanation of what to expect within.
After entering through the wooden door, the space opens up considerably, showing a small town underneath a beautiful night sky. The first stall that everyone encounters is Theomar’s where he greets every customer, answers questions and charges them depending on their business within his town. A large town square appears behind it with all kinds of small stalls with food and games. And a fountain in the middle that has water shows.
The square is set on the crossing of the two main streets, along these streets there are larger buildings such as restaurants, various bathhouses and different parlours. Each quadrant also has a couple of back streets that house less interesting looking buildings. These buildings can be rented from Theomar and customised to the tenants wishes.

Atmosphere

The overall atmosphere is that of a colourful night market of festival. Since there is a permanent night sky, time looses its meaning quickly, letting people get absorbed by all the colourful displays. The night sky changes throughout the night, showing all kinds of constellations and galaxies. The main streets and the centre square are lit up by countless strings with hanging lanterns that are span between buildings or even floating in mid-air.

Servants

Each place within Theomar’s Terrific Town is ran by one of Theomar’s many spectral servants that move around the town. They can be instructed to perform every servant task imaginable, except harm another being. Around the town their appearance varies greatly, showing all kinds of versions from young to old, a multitude of races and even various domestic and exotic animals. When clients want specific wishes, Theomar can shape certain servants to perform the request to the servants best ability.
